You have the right to withdraw the purchase contract within 14 days after having received your item(s) without telling us any reasons.
The delay of withdrawal is 14 days from the day you or a third person you named – who is not the promoter – received your item(s).
You need to tell us (myHummy, Entenseestr. 12, 76767 Hagenbach, Phone: +49 (0)7271-7698997, Mail: email@example.com) explicitly that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can do it per mail, fax or phone for instance. You can use the form sample you will find at the end of this page but it is not mandatory.
If you withdraw the purchase contract you made with us, we have 14 days to pay back the amount of your myHummy invoice, shipping costs included (except additional costs engendered by the use of another shipping method, more expensive than the standard one we offer). We use the same way of payment you used for your order to pay you back, except you explicitly asked for another. We can refuse the refund as long as we didn’t receive the item(s) or as long as you did not give us a proof you sent the item(s).
You have to send the item(s) within 14 days after having told us you want to withdraw the contract. This delay stays if you send the item(s) before those 14 days. You have to pay for a depreciation if it is due to your utilisation. We check every shipped item.
You can fill in this form and send it to us per e-mail if you want to withdraw the contract. You need to send the complete item(s) to us within 14 days; you have to pay the shipping costs for the way back to Germany.
